The largest supplier of the seasonal flu shot just announced that it's behind schedule on shipping vaccines. That's partly because of the crunch to produce millions of swine flu shots.
But the Floyd County Health Department has the seasonal flu vaccine on hand, and is giving out shots until seven Thursday night.
The clinic is located at the 4-H Fairgrounds on Green Valley Road in New Albany.
The vaccine costs $20, and the health department only accepts cash. It is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider.
The shot is only for the seasonal flu, not the swine flu.
