LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- An arrest report obtained by Fox 41 News indicates that a fight between parents at a little league game got so ugly that one off-duty corrections officer drew his weapon.

The report states that the fight occurred at 4800 Kaufman Lane -- which corresponds to the address of Wellington Traditional Elementary School. It started when 43-year-old Keith Evans got into an argument with the officer.

When the officer walked away from Evans, two parents got into a fight. The officer then stepped forward to break up the fight -- and claims Evans jumped in and threatened to "cut me."

"Fearing for my life and others, I drew my weapon in an attempt to take [the] subject into custody," the officer states in the police report.

Evans then ran into the crowd and the officer re-holstered his weapon.

Parents called Louisville Metro Police and when officers arrived, Evans was arrested and taken to Louisville Metro Corrections.

He is charged with menacing -- a misdemeanor.
