Officials say they are considering scrapping plan to stagger tolls, aim for full tolling in fall 2016.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Workers are removing one of the rides from the former Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom this week. Crews have moved in a crane to dismantle the Skycoaster.
State Fair Board President Harold Workman said Six Flags had leased the ride, so the owner is re-claiming it.
It is not one of the rides caught in competing lawsuits over whether the state or Six Flags actually owns the rides that are attached to the land.
Six Flags closed the park earlier this year. Entrepreneur and former owner Ed Hart is in negotiations to reopen it next year.
