LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Louisville Metro Police are investigating how a local county prosecutor found out that he was under investigation for drug use or trafficking.
Investigators learned of the leaks and interrogated detectives Ronald Russ and Scott Wilson, and prosecutor Matthew Conway.
According to a report by The Courier Journal, all three gave false or misleading statements about what happened. The report also says Conway's statements were made under oath.
Matthew Conway is the brother of Kentucky Attorney General and U.S. Senate Candidate Jack Conway.
There are 700 pages detailing the compromised investigations.
Russ and Wilson have been placed in administrative jobs pending the outcome of the investigation.
