The woman who was married to the man known as the D.C. sniper is hoping her story will help other domestic violence victims. This Crime Victims' Rights Day Rally was held in Frankfort.
The featured speaker was Mildred Muhammad -- the ex-wife of the D.C. sniper. She says she endured years of physical and mental abuse during her marriage.
