The train that derailed at the Louisville Zoo Monday had been inspected by state regulators earlier this spring. The Kentucky Department of Agriculture says it had not gotten any complaints about the ride that overturned, sending 22 of its 30 passengers to hospitals.
Two children who were hurt in the accident are at Kosair Children's Hospital, one in critical and the other in serious condition.
Inspectors are expected at the zoo Tuesday morning to investigate what caused three cars and the engine to derail near the Gorilla Forest exhibit.
