Louisville to receive help in war on drugs

Louisville is getting a new weapon in its war on drugs.  The White House is adding Jefferson County to a program meant to stop drug activity in the Appalachian Region.

The move means officers will have more access to equipment and resources for anti-drug trafficking efforts in Louisville.  The program is also expected to help combat drug threats.
