KY Gov. signs bill that could bring a Sprint Cup race to KY
A move to land a NASCAR Sprint Cup race in Kentucky is on the fast track. Wednesday afternoon Governor Steve Beshear signed a bill to attract the race at the Kentucky Speedway.
Owners of the track have undergone a multi-million dollar improvement project that includes additional seating and room for motor homes.
The owners say they fully expect to land a Sprint Cup race next year.
