Girl Scouts learn about aviation

Girl Scouts from across the country got a chance to learn more about aviation in Louisville this week.  Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana hosted an aviation camp where about 20 scouts got an up close look at everything from air traffic control, commercial aviation, and even hot air ballooning.

Most of the scouts are thinking about careers in aviation.

The camp is the idea of UPS pilot Terri Donner.

The week-long camp wrapped up Friday with the scouts taking a ride in a UPS simulator.
