Report on how Cordish spent $950k

Fox 41 has been pressing city leaders for a detailed account of how the Cordish Companies spent a $950,000 taxpayer loan from the city, on 4th Street Live.

Part of the money was supposed to be used to transform the old Lucky Strikes bowling alley into the Sports and Social Club.

The Cordish Companies has never said exactly what they spent all the money on.  The Louisville Office of Internal Audit finally conducted a report in cooperation with the Cordish Companies and released it Friday.

Citizens will still never know how the money was spent because the Office of Internal Audit signed a confidentiality agreement.

They did say the loan was spent 'in compliance' with the rules of the loan.
