Total Time: 15 minutes
1 large and 1 small pkg cream cheese, softened
2 1/2 TB mayonnaise
3 chopped green onions
1/2 of a 3 oz. pkg dried beef, chopped
Dash garlic powder
Walnuts or pecans, chopped
1. Mix all ingredients together, except nuts. Chill slightly.
2. Shape into one large or two smaller balls. Roll in chopped nuts and chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
