Geek Squad Agent Brian Williams has a great new application that is all about show and tell from a distance. It's called Jing:  (click on link to watch demo). The free app allows you to capture screen shots of targeted areas on your screen, capture video of items on your desktop and then allows you to add narrated audio so you can walk someone through how to do something on the computer. It also allows you to customize screen shots with arrows, text boxes, and more.

Jing is very easy to use, with a little half-sun button on the top of your screen. It gives you easy options to output to a website, to YouTube or to your computer, and automatically generates a link to the file that you can paste to a website or email to someone, enabling them to view the item you wish to show. Jing actually allows you to add visuals to your online conversations.
