Exercises for new moms
New moms want to lose weight and get back into shape, but they hardly have the energy. YMCA trainer Abby Hipp demonstrates simple exercises for new moms to get them back to their pre-baby bodies. She also explains a Women's Health Clinic happening this weekend.

This clinic will introduce, demonstrate, and train women on a variety of exercises designed to enhance overall strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. The programs will assist women in reaching their health & wellness goals in a safe and non-intimidating environment.
