Rand Paul is stirring it up again.  This time he says kids born in the United States to parents who are illegal immigrants shouldn't be citizens.

The interview with a Russian TV station was done shortly after his Kentucky primary victory last week.  Legislation called the Birthright Citizenship Act was introduced in the House last year seeking to prevent citizenship to babies born to illegal immigrants.

But the 14th Amendment to the Constitution guarantees citizenship to everyone born in the U.S.  A campaign chairman says Paul stands behind the statement because illegal immigration is a real problem.
