Louisville man receives life sentence for murder

Louisville, Ky. (WDRB-TV Fox 41) -- A guilty plea leads to a life sentence for a 24-year-old Louisville man.  Besides murder, Andrew Marra also pleaded guilty to robbery, kidnapping, burglary, and tampering with physical evidence.

Police say Marra and his 17-year-old brother Samuel bound and robbed 28-year-old Joshua Pendleton at the J and J's Smoke Shop on Dixie Highway last July.

Authorities say the two then stabbed Pendleton to death.  Samuel also pleaded guilty to the charges he faced.
