Get the skinny on healthy Halloween treats

This Halloween learn how to make festive, healthy treats that give you something to enjoy without the worry of packing on the pounds. Mae Pike from Home Cuisine shows us how to turn english muffins and a little cheese into Halloween snacks, and she has the trick you need to turn a latex glove into a creepy accent for her frightfully healthy Halloween punch.

Mummy Pizzas

1 pkg. (6 count) Whole wheat English muffins (12 halves)

3/4 c prepared low-sodium pizza sauce

12 slices mozzarella cheese

24 slices black olive slices

Preheat oven broiler. Split each English muffin and broil (tops only) until crisp and golden. Remove muffins from oven. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut mozzarella cheese slices into muffin-sized "mummy bandages." Spread about a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each muffin half. Top with cheese "bandages." Place two black olive slices on each pizza for eyes. Bake about 10 minutes, until muffin is crisp and cheese is melted. Serve.

Frightfully Healthy Fruit Punch

1 g fresh squeezed orange juice

1 c sugar free cranberry juice

1 c pomegranate juice

1 c fresh pomegranate seeds

2 c grape juice

2 latex gloves

Fill latex gloves with grape juice (1 c of juice per hand). Tie closed and freeze. Mix remaining juices and seeds into large punch bowl. All frozen "hands" to punch and serve.
