Dine & Dash: Turkey Cranberry Loaf

Teresa Crocco from Catering by Teresa is in the studio to show us what to do with our Turkey leftovers this month.  Many of us will be attending turkey dinners and taking home some extras. This sub will be great to put together with any additional food you might have.

Warm Turkey Cranberry Loaf

1 loaf of medium size French Bread

¾ cup Honey Mustard

2 cups packed baby spinach

4 - 6 tbsp. cranberry sauce

1 Medium Tomato Sliced

8 oz. Havarti Cheese Sliced

8 oz. Turkey Sliced

*Instructions:

Slice the loaf of bread lengthwise and hallow out bread for filling.

Spread the mustard on both side of bread. On bottom side of bread arrange ½ the cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, spinach, tomato, and remaining cheese.

Wrap loaf in foil and bake in oven at 350 for 10 minutes, then unwrap and bake an additional 2-3 minutes.

Cut loaf and serve with a cup of soup to make it a meal.
