LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Masonic Homes of Kentucky has unveiled a new $40 million facility that officials say is like no other.

It will feature households where residents can feel at home and have meals cooked in a real kitchen. There's also a spa and a room for sensory therapy for those with dementia and behavioral issues.

The project was made possible by a private donation from car dealer Sam Swope.

"It not only gives them the physical needs," said Swope. "It gives them not just a place that they can truly call home, but it gives them a place that they can enjoy life each and everyday."

136 people will move into the home in the next three weeks.
