LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- A new barbeque and seafood restaurant will open along the historic Whiskey Row in downtown Louisville.
Doc Crow's Southern Smokehouse and Raw Bar is adjacent to the KFC Yum! Center at Second and Main streets.
The restaurant pays tribute to the bourbon industry and is named after the inventor of the sour mash process.
"It's southern cuisine, so everything from Charleston, South Carolina, all the way down to Texas. We're going to do brisket, St. Louis ribs, and fried catfish," says owner Steven Ton.
Ton and his brother Michael received more than $120,000 in economic development loans from the city.
The brothers own Basa on Frankfort Avenue, and they founded 732 Social on East Market.
Doc Crow's grand opening is next Thursday.
