WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) -- E'Twaun Moore scored 25 points and JaJuan Johnson added 15 to help No. 14 Purdue pull away for a 67-53 victory over Indiana on Tuesday night.
The Boilermakers (19-5, 8-3 Big Ten) have won four straight over their biggest rival.
Freshman Will Sheehey scored a season-high 14 points and Bloomington native Jordan Hulls had 13, but Indiana (12-13, 3-9) still dropped under the .500 mark for the first time this season.
But the undermanned Hoosiers hung around until the closing moments.
Indiana's 6-0 run late in the first half made it 25-24. Purdue closed the half with six straight points to make it 31-24, then extended the lead to 52-41 with 8:04 to play.
Indiana came right back. Sheehey's dunk with 5:20 left made it 54-49, but Purdue closed it out by making nine of 10 free throws in the final 2:09.
