LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Court documents just released by the attorney for former U of L standout and current NFL running back Michael Bush say he was pulled over for driving ten miles per hour over the speed limit on Court Avenue in Jeffersonville.
He was clocked at 45 miles an hour.
The report also says he failed two of three field alcohol tests given before his DUI arrest. Officers say he couldn't follow a pen with his eyes and blew .11 in a breathalyzer.
Bush met bail and was out of jail shortly after his arrest Saturday night.
