LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Karen Sypher will report to federal prison next week.
A federal judge has denied her latest request to stay free while she appeals her conviction.
Sypher is scheduled to report Wednesday to a Florida prison.
She was sentenced in February to more than seven years for extortion and lying to the FBI.
Prosecutors said she sought millions in cash, cars and a house from U of L basketball coach Rick Pitino to stay quiet about their sexual encounter at a Louisville restaurant.
