LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB Fox 41) -- Louisville Metro Police say they arrested a drunk Louisville woman early Friday morning after she decided to investigate a claim that the 10th floor of the Seelbach Hilton Hotel was haunted.

According to an arrest report, police were called to the Seelbach at the corner of 4th St. and W. Muhammad Ali Blvd. on a report of a disorderly person. Hotel security allegedly found 30-year-old Jennifer Greer lying unconscious in the hallway on the 10th floor of the hotel. On the floor next to her were broken picture frames that had been hanging on the wall.

Police say Greer smelled of alcohol and had red, glassy eyes.

Greer allegedly told an officer that her friend claimed that the 10th floor of the Seelbach was haunted and dared her to check it out. Greer said she initially agreed to do so, but, "passed out instead."

She was charged with criminal trespassing and alcohol intoxication.
