New Indiana coach Wilson debuts with spring game

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. (AP) -- Adam Follett hit tight end Leneil Hines with a 12-yard touchdown pass on the last play to give the Hoosier squad a 27-24 victory over the Indiana team in new coach Kevin Wilson's spring-game debut.

Follett was 5-for-6 for 58 yards on Saturday's last drive in the first public showing of Wilson's up-tempo, no-huddle offense. The format featured the No. 1 offense against the No. 1 defense, and the No. 2 offense against the No. 2 defense, but players rotated onto both squads.

Edward Wright-Baker was 8-for-10 for 82 yards and a touchdown. Dusty Kiel was 14-for-27 for 196 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions while playing for both teams.

Cornerback Lawrence Barnett intercepted a Kiel pass and returned it 25 yards for a touchdown.
