POLICE: Tennessee Titans critic arrested

Posted: Updated:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Police say they've arrested a man who was acting disorderly.

According to an arrest report, 31-year-old Christopher Kaiser was drunk inside the McDonald's at the intersection of Dixie Hwy. and Barrett Lane late Thursday night, when he became argumentative with an off-duty police officer and his family.

At one point, Kaiser allegedly said, "Tennessee Titans suck!"

When the off-duty officer asked Kaiser to leave, Kaiser allegedly became "violent" toward the officer and his family, telling his daughter to stop whining. The officer again told the man to leave, and this time identified himself as an off-duty officer.

Kaiser allegedly responded by telling the officer to come outside and tell him that.

The officer then contacted dispatch and requested backup. He proceeded to arrest Kaiser, who allegedly resisted, "causing alarm to customers."

Kaiser was charged with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct, terroristic threatening and resisting arrest.
