Louisville, Ky. (WDRB) -- A lucky winner will get a home in Norton Commons by making a donation to Kosair Children's Hospital.
Raffle tickets went on sale on Saturday at Homearama for the 2,000 square foot home, worth $400,000.
Not only will your $100 raffle ticket get you in the running for the home, but also a 2012 BMW and $10,000.
Only 8,000 tickets will be sold, and the money goes to a great cause.
"We hope to raise over a half million dollars for Kosair Children's Hospital and obviously in the community in Louisville, everyone's benefited from Kosair Children's Hospital, or known a child who has, and it's just really important that we have this hospital here for our kids," says Julie Torzewski with Kosair Children's Hospital.
The Dream Home will be available for tours starting on October 15th.
