LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A bus driver for Jefferson County Public Schools is facing serious accusations of sexually abusing a special needs student.

According to court documents, 58-year-old Pryce Miller was indicted for sex abuse on Tuesday. The indictment indicates that on June 2, Miller abused a "physically helpless" female victim who was under the age of 18.

A spokesperson for JCPS confirms that Miller was a bus driver who worked with special needs children. He had been employed by the school system since 2001, and has been suspended without pay pending the outcome of the investigation.

The source told WDRB News that if he is convicted of the crime, his employment with JCPS will be terminated.
