LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Trinity High School students are back in class today -- at least, some of the them.

The Catholic high school in St. Matthews held its first day for the new freshman class to become familiar with their schedules and the new routine.  That means freshman can guide themselves through the hallways without bumping into about a thousand upperclassmen.

Trinity High Principal Dan Zoeller says, "We are very excited about the freshmen this year.  We've got a very diverse group, and a group with a lot of potential, so we're excited."

Half the campus was left without power after Saturday's storms, pushing off the orientation until today.  Power was restored yesterday morning .

Classes for all 1300 Trinity students begin tomorrow.
