LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A judge orders Clark County, Indiana government to continue paying all expenses for the county jail and sheriff's department.  That comes after Sheriff Danny Rodden sued the county to keep paying for police protection.

The judge also ordered the sheriff, the county council, and commissioners to begin immediate mediation to solve the financial problems.

Right now, the sheriff's department barely has enough money to make one more payroll.  The judge says as of today, it appears the county government could run out of money by mid-October without any assistance.
