Nursing home worker charged after prescription pads come up missing

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - Police have arrested an employee at the Highlands Nursing Home in Louisville after she allegedly stole blank prescription pads from the facility.

Police say 30-year-old Angela Marie Chandler from Clarksville, Indiana took the prescription blanks from a clipboard at the facility and wrote fake prescriptions for herself and her husband.

According to the arrest report, Chandler admitted taking the blanks.

She's charged with theft of prescription blanks for a controlled substance.
