LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Gubernatorial candidate David Williams made a stop at the Police Memorial in Louisville to announce the Kentucky Fraternal Order of Police's endorsement.

The state FOP represents 9,300 law enforcement officers in the state and says it endorsed Williams because of their continued working relationship.

Williams responded: "We're going to fight hard these last 60 days, we're going to go to every forum, we're going to go to every debate, make every opportunity possible for the people of Kentucky to ask us questions."

Williams' running mate is Richie Farmer.  They're running against current Governor Steve Beshear and Jerry Abramson in the November election.
