LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- It's official -- Judy Green is no longer a member of Louisville's Metro Council, which now has 30 days to find a replacement.
Green's trouble on the council started after a metro ethics commission determined she mismanaged taxpayer money during her summer jobs program. It is the first time a member of council has been removed, but the replacement process is nothing new.
President King says his office has already started receiving applications from people who want to represent District One on Metro Council.
