LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a Louisville man made a surprised exclamation when they showed up at his neighbor's home with with a search warrant.

"Look at all the police!" he allegedly said when he opened the door.

According to an arrest report, officers attempted to search the apartment of an individual in the 3000 block Middale Lane just south of Hikes Lane. While police were checking the apartment, 37-year-old Martin Guzman opened his door, saw the police and made his surprised statement.

Then he allegedly put his hand behind his back.

"I, the detective, told [Guzman] not to put nothing in his rectum," the officer writing the report stated. "[Guzman] had done that once before when I had a run-in with him."

Police say the person renting the apartment gave them permission to search it and they eventually found a baggie of pills, and other drug paraphernalia. They say Guzman tried to toss the pills in the doorway.

He was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance and trafficking in a controlled substance.
