LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A JCPS bus driver has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a special needs student under the age of 18.  Pryce Miller appeared in court yesterday Tuesday.

Police said the victim in the case was a "physically helpless" female student who rode his bus.  The incident occurred in June, and a grand jury indicted Miller in July.

Miller had worked almost ten years as a bus driver for the school system.  He likely will be fired.

Miller remains free on bond until his sentencing December 9th.
