LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say an 18-year-old who was part of a fight involving dozens of people was arrested Monday for inciting a riot.

According to the arrest report, 18-year-old Tony L. Priddy, was questioned by police after a fight in the 2400 block of Montgomery Street near Portland Park. After being questioned, police released Priddy.

He was told to leave the area several times, but refused, continuing "to ride through on bicycles with about six-to-eight other juveniles who were also involved."

Police say after being asked to leave repeatedly, Priddy rode through the area again, taunting others who were involved in the fight and starting "another huge shouting match between both parties involved."

About 40 people were involved in the disturbance.

Priddy was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and inciting a riot.
