LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Both the Louisville Orchestra and the Kentucky Opera have been added to the American Federation of Musicians' "Unfair List". That means that any union member who plays for either without a contract could be fined.
The American Federation of Musicians opposed the orchestra's reorganization plan. It says the Louisville Orchestra emerged from bankruptcy without a collective bargaining agreement.
The Louisville Orchestra Musicians Committee requested that the AFM add the Kentucky Opera to the Unfair List.
