LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A year after a Sullivan University student was last seen, police still have not been able to find his body.

Andrew Compton disappeared from his dorm October 28th, 2010.

Gregory O'Bryan confessed to having sex with the 18 year old at his Highlands apartment and says he died during sex. O'Bryan says he put Compton's body in a TV box and threw it in a dumpster.

Police searched an Indiana landfill, but never found Compton's body.

O'Bryan is charged with murder, sodomy and abuse of a corpse and could face the death penalty when he goes to trial next year.
