LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- David Camm's third trial is expected to cost Floyd County, Ind. at least $1 million.

Camm is awaiting his third trial as he's accused of killing his wife and two young children.

Some of that $1 million could be needed to pay for a special prosecutor after the state appeals court last week removed Keith Henderson from the case because of his plan to write a book about it.

Floyd County officials say that it's important for Camm to be tried again, and that $1 million is set aside for it.
