LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- What would you like to see in Louisville's next police chief? Tonight is your chance to tell the people who will help decide.
Current LMPD Chief Robert White is leaving to take a job in Denver. The mayor's office hopes to name an interim chief by Monday. The Metro Council is holding a series of public forums to get feedback on a new chief.
Two forums are set for 6:00 tonight. Residents of Metro Council Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 can attend a meeting at the Nia Center on West Broadway. District 2 residents can go to the Newburg Community Center on Exeter Drive.
