LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- More charges could be coming for the alleged drunk driver who struck a woman at National Turnpike and Outer Loop earlier this week.  Police say the victim, 48-year-old Sherrie Dulin, died at University Hospital Thursday night.

Louisville Metro Police arrested 32-year-old Heidi Diaz early Monday morning.  She is charged with DUI, driving without a license, and having an open alcoholic drink in her vehicle.

A District Court judge entered not guilty pleas on Diaz's behalf Tuesday morning.  The Commonwealth's Attorney's office will now consider further charges.
