Louisville, KY (WDRB News) -- New attractions continue to open along Main Street near the downtown arena.

"We'll have a good crowd tonight, before the game and a good crowd after the game, it is a good feeder for us," says Bob Means, one of the investors of the Troll Pub Under the Bridge next to the KFC Yum! Center on West Washington Street.

The pub style sports bar and restaurant with plenty of big TV screens throughout opened about six weeks ago. "Business has been real good," says Means. "I would say right now we are doing better than we thought we would out of the gate."

The pub is on the lower level of the Whiskey Row Lofts development.

On Saturday, the entire $10 million re-development that includes apartments and other restaurants will have its official grand opening with a benefit for Maryhurst, a local children's home.

It is being called "Magic on Main" because it will include the rededication of a small theatre which is part of the Whiskey Row Development.

"We are reopening what is referred to as the Magic Theatre," says co-developer Valle Jones, "it is a wonderful unique theatre that seats about 90 people."

Co-developer Steve Jones says the theatre has a number of purposes. He explains, "It is a special events place.  We've got 33 magic shows booked fro 2012, it can be a wedding venue, a music venue, comedy, just about anything you can book it for."

Whiskey Row Lofts is just down the street from several buildings in the block that are in terrible shape, some in danger of collapsing.

Work on those buildings is expected to begin later this month on restoration. And when that project is finished in a couple of years, even more attractions could open along here and that will be more of the magic along Main Street.
