LOUISVILLE, KY (WDRB) – The mother of an autistic Kentucky boy who says he was stuffed in a duffel bag for acting up, has pulled her son out of the school where it happened.

Sandra Baker says she will now home school her nine-year-old son Christopher.

Baker says she won't send him back to Mercer County Intermediate School until the teacher responsible for putting him in the bag is fired and the staff is better trained to deal with children with developmental disabilities.

The December 14th incident has drawn national media attention, and spurred an online petition drive.
