LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Kentucky lawmakers are drawing state House redistrict boundaries, and that is making some legislators in Frankfort uneasy.

The process is going slow so Democratic lawmakers can offer fresh input.  House speaker Greg Stumbo says his leadership is making another attempt to adjust the lines, and not everyone likes it.

He says this process is always difficult because lawmakers often lose communities they're familiar with and take in communities they don't know.

Legislative and congressional redistricting occurs every 10 years to account for population changes.
