LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The southbound fast lane of I-65 near Lebanon Junction is expected to open up before 5:00, with more lanes opening later. The interstate had been shut down due to an accident involving several semi trucks and cars.
The incident took place at the 109 mile marker.
Diesel fuel leaked onto the roadway, making it slick and hazardous. Authorities are not worried about any toxic fumes.
Two people suffered minor injuries in the accident.
