BORDEN, Ind. (WDRB) -- Indiana State Police have arrested a Borden man after a state trooper saw him gratifying himself on a bed near a window that was visible from the street.
According to an arrest report from the Indiana State Police post in Sellersburg, police had received several complaints about 47-year-old Darrell L. Stiller. According to neighbors, Stiller was often seen at the ground level window in "plain view, fondling and sexually stimulating himself" in front of adults and children.
After receiving the complaints, a state trooper positioned himself where he could see the window early Friday and around 8:20 a.m. he witnessed Stiller doing "exactly as neighbors had described."
When the trooper approached the home, Stiller refused to answer the door. Police kept the home under surveillance while they waited for an arrest warrant. While they were waiting, Stiller finally came out of the house and was arrested.
He's now charged with vicarious and sexual gratification, a felony; disseminating material harmful to a minor, another felony; public indecency, obscene performance and public nudity.
Stiller was being held in the Clark County Jail.
