Spierer's parents disappointed with IU web page

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB)-- The family of an Indiana University student who has been missing since June is upset with the university.

The parents of Lauren Spierer says IU has taken down information about her disappearance off its main web page.

A school spokesman says that officials have decided to rotate a prominent link about Spierer with other information on the home page of the web site.

It will be featured the first week of every month and remain on the Protect IU page indefinitely.

Spierer's father, Robert Spierer, posted on the family's Facebook page that they are disappointed by this decision and still hope to obtain information about her June 3rd disappearance.
