LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Just two days after Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White is convicted of voter fraud, state Democrats are ready to replace him.

They're working on a court filing asking a judge to replace White with the Democratic candidate who he beat in the 2010 election.

White was convicted of six felonies, including lying about his address on voter registration forms.

Republicans maintain Governor Mitch Daniels should name a replacement if White is permanently removed from office.
