LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a minor traffic stop led to a major marijuana bust.

Police say Kenneth Pavilsin had illegal prescription drugs when they stopped his car for allegedly having no illumination on his license plate.

Later, when they searched his home near the corner of Rowan Street and North 26th Street, police say they found nearly 60 marijuana plants.

He's been charged with possessing and cultivating marijuana.
