LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- A judge on Tuesday ordered Michael Miller not to own any dogs until another judge reverses the order.  Miller is accused of trying to get his dog to attack police officers trying to arrest him.  Police say it took three unsuccessful Taser attempts and four officers to get control of him.

The incident happened in Miller's backyard after police say he failed to pull over during a traffic stop Sunday night.

During the arrest, officers say Miller ordered his pit bull to attack officers.  The dog was shot and killed.  The officers were treated for minor injuries.

Miller's bond is set at $10,000 cash.
