BETHLEHEM, Ind. (WDRB) -- One person died after a car crashed into a flatbed truck in Clark County, Ind.

The Clark County Sheriff's Office is still investigating, but does not believe speed was a factor.  The crash happened around 7:00 Wednesday morning on Goss Road and New Washington-Bethlehem Road.

The Sheriff's Office says the truck driver says the car pulled in front of him.  The truck driver says he swerved, but couldn't avoid hitting the car.  Authorities say 28-year-old Jack Johnson died.

Major Chuck Adams of the Clark Co. Sheriff's Office says, "He was ejected from his vehicle.  There were no other injuries, we did transport the driver of the Ram truck to the hospital for normal blood tests."  That driver has been identified as 23-year-old Craig O'Leary of Charlestown, Ind.
